Exclusive equestrian community on the Florida Gulf Coast needed the total package: logo development, collateral, identity & event planning.

Saddle-stiched brochure with vellum overlays in a blind-embossed/debossed & stamped pocketed folder cover. The package also included architectural/site information sheets for each of the many subdivisions that were part of the development. All original photography, mine concept through press check.
